Purchasing a new home is both an exciting and stressful time. Regardless of whether you are a first-time homeowner, or this is your retirement home, HomeSite Services will be here to help you through each important decision!

By partnering with HomeSite Services, your builder has partnered with a Design Studio with years of experience working with homebuyers. Our Interior Designers have worked with hundreds of homebuyers through the years and are ready to help you create the home of your dreams!

In an effort to help you have a successful appointment, we recommend that you come to the appointment prepared with the following items:

1. Review with your builder what finishes come included with your home.
   
   
2. Have a budget in mind, prior to meeting with your designer.
   
   
3. Think about what is most important for you to spend your budget on. Is it extra electrical? Plumbing upgrades? Adding hardwood floors? This will help the designer better assist you during the appointment.
   
   
4. Review websites like Houzz to help you put together a color pallet and design aesthetic. Our website can also assist with design ideas: www.homesiteservices.net
   
   
5. Bring material swatches, photos, pillows, anything that will help the designer create the perfect look for your home.
   
   
6. Be prepared to make final decisions during your appointment. We will need you to sign off on selections before you leave your appointment.
   
   
7. Bring your checkbook to cover your deposits. We are required to collect deposits on all options.
   
   
8. Please make other arraignments for your children. The Design Studio is not child friendly. We will need your full attention to make these important decisions.
   
   
9. Please make other arraignments for your animals. Animals are not allowed in the studio. We will ask to reschedule your appointment should an animal attend the appointment.
   
   
10. Please note that appointments will run for no longer than 4 hours. While we understand there may be traffic, please note that we can not extend the appointment time due to traffic or other mitigating factors. Please plan accordingly.
    
    
11. Anything longer than 4 hours will require a second appointment. THIS MAY NOT BE AN OPTION due to your builder dictated cutoff dates. Please utilize your time wisely.
